FlightClaimUK is an online service allowing airline customers to claim for delay, rerouted and cancelled flights. They have been in operation for some time and had an existing website, but were keen to investigate better ways to improve conversion rates. As such, instead of simply taking the risk of replacing their current website with a brand new one, the decision was to run two distinct designs in parallel, on different domain names in order to investigate the variation of conversion rates between the two.
With an existing site in place, FlightClaimUK’s director Damian contacted us to ask us to redesign their existing site to run in parallel with a view to testing conversions.
We created and implemented a brand new design on top of the WordPress Content Management System platform, whilst working closely with Damian. The end result is a more modern and succinct website, designed with the goal of increasing conversion of site visitors to customers. The new website is optimised for responsive design to work well on all screen sizes and device types.
